Buying here gets you use of the sixty acre lake, a clubhouse right out of 1922, a nine hole par 3 golf course, clay tennis courts, and 1500 acres of common use land for hiking, or communing with nature. I hesitated to even add a search page for Merriewold, because it is so rare for a home to come to market here. However every once in a while, one does pop up. Merriewold really is a hidden gem.
